Yanta MES/LIMS

Bioprocess-native MES + LIMS for fermentation scale-up, at Boston Bioprocess.

Six months as a full-stack engineer on Yanta, Boston Bioprocess's manufacturing execution system and LIMS for fermentation plants (React 19, FastAPI, PostgreSQL). I owned the batch-record report builder, the scheduling calendar, the product-wide data grid, Ask AI (an agent that does scientists' work across the product) and the backend test suite, and cut calendar paint time from ~900 ms to under 155 ms.

AgentRamp

Policy, training and knowledge platform for a US state human-services agency: AI-suggested policy edits with an audit trail, a cited caseworker assistant and reviewed training modules.

One of two vendor-side engineers on AgentRamp from April to September 2026, an enterprise policy, training and knowledge platform used by a US state human-services agency. I built Policy Studio's review and publishing flow for AI-suggested edits (each edit's reasoning and cited regulation, accept or deny with an audit trail, version history, publishing only once every change is decided), the Clara assistant's chat (streaming answers with clickable citations, sources that stay attached for follow-ups, feedback and supervisor escalation), Learning Hub review and publishing, notification delivery, role-based access and an accessibility pass. The Policy Studio and Clara work shipped in the July and August 2026 production releases.

Supply Genie

Personal demo of an AI worker for supply-chain exceptions, with a live phone agent and human approval gates.

A personal demo, built while applying to HappyRobot and inspired by how HappyRobot approaches the problem: an AI worker for two supply-chain exceptions, a shipment delay and a worker absence. Webhooks carry an Idempotency-Key, so a retried delivery never opens a second incident; Python playbooks then post to Slack, place Twilio calls and amend the purchase order, and the customer email waits for an operator's approval. A Gemini 2.5 Flash chat and a Gemini Live phone agent request actions through the same command list and approval rule. Not deployed; no users or outcome metrics.

Aegis Compliance Agent

Sovereign multi-agent compliance & eligibility engine for global banking.

Engineered a highly secure, enterprise-grade multi-agent compliance orchestration platform that automates high-stakes eligibility verification, risk analysis, and KYC/AML regulatory reporting for commercial bank applications. Built stateful, self-correcting reasoning loops using LangGraph to analyze multi-jurisdictional bank policies, complex corporate tax filings, and 10,000+ page regulatory corpora with absolute mathematical correctness. Secured production contracts with major global banking consortia, slashing audit cycle times from 3 weeks to 2 to 10 minutes while maintaining a 100% auditable citation trace.

Vestra Assets

Next.js review workspace for LLM-based OCR of financial statements.

Frontend owner and backend contributor on Vestra Assets, a web app turning financial statements into reviewable transaction data (Next.js 16 in a Turborepo; Flask on Firebase Cloud Functions). Built the review workspace from upload to CSV export, Firebase sign-in with an admin-role gate, and password-protected PDF handling across both codebases. Virtualizing the transaction table, together with memoized category lookups, cut first render of a synthetic 10,000-row statement from 2,017 ms to 39 ms in a lab benchmark.

DEMO

Reft

Drag-and-drop pipeline builder for document AI, with an assistant that edits the canvas.

A personal project, built solo from December 2025 to February 2026: a drag-and-drop builder for document-AI pipelines. A file source, Unstructured partitioning, PDF splitting, schema-based extraction and an output node are wired on a React Flow canvas, and Celery workers run the graph in dependency order. Extraction nodes that share a source run in parallel, so Mistral and Gemini output can be compared side by side or as a diff, and a chat assistant builds or edits the pipeline through validated canvas actions.

MCP servers, agent tooling, document-AI benchmarks and open-source fixes, built outside the day job.

MCP servers & agent tooling

Web MCP Bridge

Prototype

Chrome extension and local relay that expose website tools to MCP clients through the user's signed-in session: Reddit, LinkedIn and X readers, with writes that need a confirmation in the extension. Clients discover tools on demand, so only the schema a call needs is loaded.

TypeScriptMCP SDKWebMCPWXTBun

AI Collab

Prototype

MCP server and WebSocket hub that let several AI coding agents work as one team: they message each other, create and claim tasks, and share API specs through MCP tools. SQLite persistence, tmux-run agent sessions and a React dashboard.

TypeScriptMCP SDKWebSocketSQLiteReactBun

Instagram MCP

Public

MCP server with Instagram posting tools (image, carousel, reel) on the Instagram Graph API, plus a client where OpenAI GPT-4 turns plain-English requests into tool calls.

GitHub PR MCP Server

GitHub Agent

Prototype

Queue that turns local branches into pull requests: a poller runs headless Claude Code to write each PR's title and description from the diff, then opens it through the GitHub API. Concurrency cap, retries with backoff and a Next.js dashboard.

Composio Chat

Experiment

Next.js chat that streams OpenAI models through the Vercel AI SDK and lets them call Composio tools, with multi-step tool calling capped at ten steps.

vcam

Prototype

Hands-free voice cockpit for Claude Code. Hooks stream session events; vcam says when an agent needs approval or has finished, reads its last message aloud, and voice commands approve, reject or message tmux and iTerm2 sessions. Speech runs fully on-device.

Core Directive

Building full-stack products people run their day on, and the agentic systems that sit on top of them.

Most recently I spent six months building Yanta, a multi-tenant MES/LIMS for fermentation scale-up, in React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on PostgreSQL: a batch-record report builder, a scheduling calendar, a product-wide data grid and Ask AI, an agent that does scientists' work across the product. Open to full-stack and AI engineering roles.

Experience

Apr 2026 — Oct 2026

Boston Bioprocess

Software Engineer

Owned the batch-record report builder end to end: scientists drop live process diagrams, samples, graphs and schedules onto pages and export client-ready PDFs that match the preview.

Built Ask AI, an agent that does scientists' work across Yanta: given a task, it pulls the run data, builds the charts, fills the notebook and drafts the batch-record report, with every change shown for the scientist to keep or undo.

Rebuilt the fermenter scheduling calendar, cutting paint time per date-range change from ~900 ms to under 155 ms and making a task's linked-record lookup a constant cost.
